• Annet Street & Horizon Ridge Parkway, four semi-custom home lots in gated community  

• Carnegie Villas, 9 duplexes, located by Carnegie St. and Horizon Ridge Pkwy.  

• Laguna Bay Townhomes, three total, in The Lakes

• Dragon Ridge Country Club in MacDonald Highlands, three custom home lots, located in the MacDonald Highlands master-planned community in Henderson
