For 40 years, Jordan “Jordie” Primack has been shaping real estate opportunities through his vision, experience, collaboration and extensive knowledge of the market. His positive influence on the Las Vegas valley’s landscape continues as managing member and co-owner of RSP Asset Management, LLC, a Henderson-based commercial real estate and land development company. His son Brett is his partner, who represents the fifth generation of developers and builders in the Primack family. Now retired as a licensed general contractor of more than 30 years, Jordan has built more than 2,500 residential units and developed in excess of 3,000 residential and commercial sites.
RSP was established in 2006 by the father and son team to manage their various holdings. The company and its affiliates encompass B&B Asset Management, LLC, acquisition and development; Custom Homes by Chateau, LLC, a licensed general contracting and development company; D&D Asset Management, LLC, acquisition and development; Primack Team, LLC, a residential and commercial real estate sales and marketing team; and Jordie Primack, LLC, a Nevada licensed broker/salesman, affiliated with Prudential Americana Group Realtors, focusing on commercial real estate. Additional companies are continually formed by Primack Family Companies as new real estate opportunities are discovered. Jordan and Brett are specialists in the acquisition and development of “infill” and redevelopment real estate investment opportunities. The pair has developed the unique ability and insight to successfully find, analyze, acquire, re-zone, develop and market projects that have been overlooked by others. As a result, they not only create useful and aesthetically pleasing projects which are in demand, they create value for their clients and investors.
Previously, Jordan was chief executive officer and owner of Primack Homes, Inc., where he acquired, developed and built more than 500 lots and homes priced from the $100s to almost $2 million and from attainable to custom homes and projects.
