Primack Family

Brett R. Primack is a manager and co-owner of Primack Family Companies, a Las Vegas-based commercial and residential real estate, and development company.  Along with his father, longtime Southern Nevada real estate developer and homebuilder Jordan “Jordie” Primack, the father and son team have developed a unique ability and insight to successfully identify, analyze, acquire, re-zone, develop and market projects that have been overlooked by others. As a result, they create useful and aesthetically pleasing projects, ultimately creating value for their clients and investors.

 

Brett and Jordan developed Primack Family Companies in 2006 to manage their growing interests. These include: RSP Asset Management, LLC, a holding company;  B&B Asset Management, LLC, a land purchasing company; Custom Homes By Chateau, LLC, a licensed general contracting company; D&D Asset Management Company, LLC, which handles acquisition and development;   Primack Team, LLC, a residential and commercial real estate sales and marketing team; and several other project management/development companies.

 

Brett represents the fifth generation of Primack developers and builders, who made a significant impact in the real estate markets of Denver, Las Vegas, Henderson and Washington, D.C. He entered the family profession early, earning his Nevada real estate salesman’s license at the age of 19, while attending college. Upon graduation, Brett immersed himself in the real estate industry for several years until his entrepreneurial spirit led him to obtain a Nevada general contractor’s license. He subsequently created Custom Homes By Chateau, LLC, and began building $2 million custom homes on the South Shore of Lake Las Vegas. 

 

In late 2001, the Primack’s made a lateral shift within the real estate industry to focus on land development. They formed B&B Asset Management to concentrate on the purchase of land throughout the Las Vegas valley. To maximize the value and use of the acquired land, the pair assembled a team of experienced strategic partners, including civil engineers, surveyors, architectural and zoning consultants, geotechnical engineers and real estate sales and marketing specialists. Additionally, Brett works closely with elected and appointed officials at the various local municipalities to develop infill parcels of land with a focus on workforce housing.

 

Brett is involved in a variety of community and social services organizations. He is a 2006 graduate of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Las Vegas program and a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization. He also serves on the executive council of the Las Vegas chapter of the American Israeli Political Action Committee and is a member of the Ben Gurion Society for the Young Adult Division of the Las Vegas Jewish Federation.

 

Brett graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business economics from Pitzer College in Claremont, Calif., and is a Dale Carnegie graduate.   He is married and the proud father of two children. His hobbies include traveling abroad and playing competitive softball.
